Brandon’s practice focuses on representing individuals and corporate entities in complex white collar matters including federal prosecution of individuals, securities litigation, and regulatory inquiries and proceedings.

Brandon has significant experience in all facets of pre-trial preparation including drafting motions in limine and motions to dismiss, evidentiary disputes, witness preparation, and document production.

Prior to joining LSW, Brandon served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable P. Kevin Castel in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Brandon was also a litigation associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in New York City.

Brandon earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review, was elected to the Order of the Coif, and was a member of the Virginia Trial Advocacy Team.  Before law school, he was a consultant at Mercer LLC.
