LSW partner Gabi Friedman co-moderated a panel discussion on the judicial perspective on recurring ethics issues at the 2017 Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association. Among the issues considered were common ethics issues encountered at small firms, as well as how and by whom judges believed these issues should be resolved. The panel included the Hon. Lorna G. Schofield, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York; the Hon. Debra A. James, Justice, Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County; and the Hon. Anthony Cannataro, Supervising Judge of the New York City Civil Court.
