LSW partner Frank H. Wohl moderated a panel on statutory interpretation at the Federal Bar Council’s Winter Bench and Bar Conference. The panel included the Hon. Sonia Sotomayor, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Hon. Robert A. Katzmann, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the Hon. Richard Wesley, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Hon. Nicholas Garaufis, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
